Terms & Conditions: Environmental Flows Conference 2026
1. Registration & Payment All registrations and payments are processed via Eventbrite. Your registration is only confirmed once full payment is received.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy Refund requests must be made via Eventbrite.
- Full Refund: Available until Friday, Sept. 3, 2026, minus Eventbrite’s processing fees.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued after Friday, Sept. 3, 2026.
- Substitutions: You may transfer your ticket to a colleague at no extra cost by contacting carolina.restrepo@obwb.ca
3. Code of Conduct We are committed to a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment. Harassment or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. The OBWB reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this code without a refund.
4. Liability & Insurance The OBWB and its partners are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, or for personal injury sustained during the Conference or associated field trips. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance.
5. Photography & Media Waiver By attending, you acknowledge that the OBWB and its partners may take photographs or video during the event for use in future reports, social media, and promotional materials.
6. Program Changes The OBWB reserves the right to adjust the program, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances. All registered attendees will be notified of significant changes via email.
